Terms of Service

This website is operated by Maple Minaret, a registered Canadian non-profit, for the Wisdom & Widgets youth program. By using the site or submitting an enrollment request, you agree to these terms.

Submitting the enrollment form is a request, not a confirmed spot. A spot is confirmed only after our staff review your request, follow up with you, and tuition is paid as described in the payment policy you acknowledge on the form. Spaces are limited, and we may not be able to accept every request.

Please give accurate information. You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of each child you request enrollment for, or are authorized to act for them.

We aim to keep program details, schedules, and pricing on this site accurate and up to date, but they may change. What we confirm with you directly when your enrollment is finalized takes precedence over the website.

The content on this site, including text, photographs, and illustrations, belongs to Maple Minaret or is used with permission. You may share links to it, but please do not copy or reuse it without our permission. Do not misuse the site, for example by submitting false or automated requests or trying to interfere with how it works.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

How we collect, use, and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Maple Minaret is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.

Questions about these terms can be sent to administration@islamicforumonline.com.
